Pat Devlin is a living legend in the tech world, with over 25 years of leadership experience. Some say he’s been in IT so long that his first code was written in hieroglyphics—on a stone tablet!     Meet Renz Tumbaga: The CRM Ecosystem Builder (and Automation Whisperer?)

    Renz Tumbaga is a CRM Integration Specialist who lives at the intersection of business logic, automation, and clean system architecture. With a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and hands-on experience across Zoho, Salesforce, and Workday environments, he doesn’t just “set up CRM systems” — he engineers them.


    At ITAAAS, Renz focuses on CRM architecture, integrations, automation workflows, and making sure data flows seamlessly between platforms — without the usual duct tape and spreadsheet gymnastics.


    Before joining the team, Renz sharpened his skills at Accenture (where he completed Salesforce CRM Bootcamp), led Zoho CRM and Zoho One operations as Product & Tech Manager at Easy Franchise, worked as a Technology Consultant at DXC supporting Workday integrations, and served as a Zoho Specialist supporting multiple client environments.


    Some say he once automated an entire workflow so efficiently that the company forgot what manual processing even looked like. Others claim he can spot a broken CRM process from three dashboards away. Legends vary. Results don’t.
