Pat Devlin has spent over 30 years in technology leadership, long enough to have lived through almost every era of IT transformation, and he still feels optimistic about a bright future for humans and technology. 
At ITAAAS, Pat serves as our Managing Partner and primary client liaison, responsible for strategic direction, revenue growth, and making sure technology actually delivers value without the usual vendor smoke and mirrors. He's the kind of leader who takes the work seriously but refuses to take himself too seriously, which, as it turns out, is exactly what people need when they're staring down a complex IT transformation and wondering where to start.
Before founding ITAAAS, Pat held senior leadership roles in large organisations like Aruba (HPE), and small startups, like IronPort where he built teams, drove growth, and developed a deep belief that the best outcomes come from people who genuinely care: about the work, about each other, and about the client in front of them.
That belief became ITAAAS.
Pat is known for his ability to cut through complexity, translate technology into language boards actually understand, and bring an infectious positive energy to a room that might just turn around a bad week. Scientists have yet to explain it. Clients keep coming back because of it.

Renz Tumbaga is a CRM Integration Specialist who lives at the intersection of business logic, automation, and clean system architecture. With a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and hands-on experience across Zoho, Salesforce, and Workday environments, he doesn’t just “set up CRM systems” — he engineers them.


At ITAAAS, Renz focuses on CRM architecture, integrations, automation workflows, and making sure data flows seamlessly between platforms — without the usual duct tape and spreadsheet gymnastics.


Before joining the team, Renz sharpened his skills at Accenture (where he completed Salesforce CRM Bootcamp), led Zoho CRM and Zoho One operations as Product & Tech Manager at Easy Franchise, worked as a Technology Consultant at DXC supporting Workday integrations, and served as a Zoho Specialist supporting multiple client environments.


Some say he once automated an entire workflow so efficiently that the company forgot what manual processing even looked like. Others claim he can spot a broken CRM process from three dashboards away. Legends vary. Results don’t.

David White has spent more than 20 years at the deep end of enterprise networking, across data centre, campus, service provider, and wireless environments, throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Asia Pacific. He holds a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification, the field's most demanding credential, and has worked hands-on with every major networking platform, Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus, Juniper, and Brocade among them.


For most of his career, David sat on the vendor side, leading technical teams and designing complex network solutions for some of the region's largest organisations. That gives him something rare in independent advisory: he knows exactly how vendors position, where the hidden costs sit, and how a network proposal can look impressive and still be the wrong answer.

Flynn builds things that work. He's a cloud consultant and a hands-on AI application builder, equally at home auditing a cloud environment, designing an agentic AI workflow, or shipping custom software that replaces the spreadsheet everyone's been quietly suffering.
