  • Our Story

ITAAAS was founded to meet the growing demand for specialised IT architecture advisory, particularly in Data Governance, AI, and Hybrid Cloud. We bridge the gap between large consulting firms and boutique specialists,  offering deep expertise, flexible engagement models, and high-quality outcomes without vendor bias.

Our approach creates Digital Business Architecture: a strategic framework aligning technology, data, and business objectives to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation. By combining hands-on experience with a pulse on industry best practices, we help organisations uncover strategies that might not be apparent to internal teams.

    ITAAAS Company Values

These values aren’t marketing lines or aspirational slogans.
They’re how we actually operate, how we make decisions, and how we treat people when things are easy and when they’re not.

They exist to protect our culture, our people, and the integrity of our work.

1. Hard Work and Personal Accountability

Outcomes matter more than attendance.

We believe the world owes us nothing. We don’t show up to fill time or collect a wage, we show up to deliver results.

Everyone is accountable for what they own. When things go well, the credit is shared. When things fall short, we own it, learn fast, and fix it. No excuses, no blame-shifting.

Progress comes from responsibility, not rhetoric.

2. We Value People

Everybody has value. No one is written off.

We believe there is no person in the world without value. People are not defined by their worst day or their weakest moment.

Our responsibility is to find what makes someone great and help unlock it. Differences are a strength, not a problem to be managed.

We lead with empathy, kindness, and respect, and we assume positive intent.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. Closing that gap matters to us.

3. Family and Community

Work should support life, not replace it.

Family and community come first. Work exists to support the lives we care about, not crowd them out.

Strong families and strong communities create better humans, better teams, and better outcomes. Success means very little if it comes at the expense of the people around us.

We build long-term relationships and aim to leave every community we’re part of better than we found it.

4. Shared Success and Honest Failure

We win together and learn together.

There are no heroes here. Success is shared and celebrated as a team.

When things don’t go to plan, we value honesty over spin. We talk openly about what worked and what didn’t, without blame or ego.

Handled well, failure is one of the most powerful teachers we have.

5. Health and Wellbeing

Sustainable performance matters.

Physical and mental health are foundational, not optional.

Burnout isn’t a badge of honour, it’s a signal that something is broken. We believe in balance, sustainable pace, and looking after ourselves and each other.

When people are well and supported, they do their best work and actually enjoy doing it.

6. Have Fun, Be Curious, Bring Positive Energy

Enjoyment is a choice, and we choose it deliberately.

Positivity doesn’t happen by accident, it’s a conscious decision about how we show up. When you enjoy what you do, the work doesn’t feel heavy and challenges become shared problems, not personal burdens.

Curiosity, laughter, and playfulness create better thinking, stronger relationships, and better outcomes.

Meet the Team

Our team brings deep, hard-earned experience across industry and technology. Most of us have spent 30+ years in this sector, making complex decisions, owning the consequences, and operating in high-risk environments where technology choices genuinely matter. We’ve done this work inside large multinational organisations and within fast-moving, agile startups, so we understand both scale and speed, governance and pragmatism.

That experience means we can move quickly, challenge assumptions with confidence, and give clear, practical advice that stands up in the real world, not just on paper.
